Toyota Camry faulty infotainment system

I have experienced this same issue with the Toyota Camry's infotainment system. What I would like to find out is if you have recently updated the software for your infotainment system? That could be the issue. Some updates are unstable at first and it may require that you downgrade to the last version before you upgrade again later when bugs have been fixed with the update. Also, external devices such as USB drives or smartphones can make a Toyota Infotainment system to malfunction if they are not compatible. You could try removing every external devices attached to see if it would work.
