I HAVE A 2017 HYUNDAI LIMITED 1.6L TURBO. I PURCHASED THIS CAR USED IN 2020 W/39K MILES ON IT. I AM DILLIGENT ABOUT GETTING MY OIL CHANGES EVERY 3K MILES AS I DRIVE A LOT AND I WANT TO KEEP MY CAR IN GOOD CONDITION ALWAYS. RECENTLY WITHIN THE 65K - 76K MILAGE RANGE, MY CAR IS AT ABOUT 76K MILES. MY CAR IS BURNING OIL.....FAST!! THE LAST 2 OIL CHANGES MY OIL WAS ABOUT GONE AND MY OIL LIGHT NEVER CAME ON INDIGATING IT WAS LOW OR SOMETHING WAS A MISS. I HAVE NOTICED NOW IF IT STARTS GETTING LOW IT STARTS TO STUDDER LIKE IT WANTS TO STALL OUT OR MISFIRING. SPARK PLUGS ARE GOOD AS MY FIANCEE HAS BEEN A MECHANIC IN THE PAST AND WORKS ON ALL OUR CARS. THERE IS NO OIL PUDDLES UNDERNEITH THE CAR FOR ANY OIL LEAKS, THERE IS NO "BLUE SMOKE" COMING OUT EITHER. MY CAR SEEMS TO BE BURNING 1QT OF OIL EVERY 500 TO 1K MILES. OIL ISNT CHEAP AND THAT A LOT OF MONEY TO BE PLUNKING INTO A VEHICLE WITH A KNOW ISSUES. WHY HYUNDAI HAS NOT DONT A RECALL IS ASSININE. VECHILE DO NOT COMSUME THAT MUCH OIL NORMALLY, THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. NOT EVERYONE CAN JUST BUY NEW CARS, TRADE IN, OR SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR REPAIRS.

How likely are you to recommend this car to a friend?

No, I would not recommend
