High

Drivetrain parts work together with the engine to move the wheels and different parts of the vehicle to drive it into motion. These components commonly consist of the transmission, differential, driveshaft, axles, and CV joints.
Car depreciation

53% after 5 years

While different cars depreciate at different rates, it's a good rule of thumb to assume that a new car will lose approximately 20 percent of its value in the first year. In five years, the average depreciation rate is 50% of their initial value.
Recalls

10 Recalls

A recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle, equipment, car seat, or tire creates an unreasonable safety risk or fails to meet minimum safety standards. Manufacturers are required to fix the problem by repairing it, replacing it, offering a refund, or in rare cases repurchasing the vehicle.

Overall the TLX is average. The interior just lacks some of the finer touches you would see in a Lexus, BMW, Audi or M-B. There is no stitching along the edges of the dash that would class it up. Some of the surfaces are hard to the touch where soft

The ZF 9 speed transmission has killed the TL/TSX legacy. A car once known for its sportiness soul has been killed by this stupid transmission that Acura has chosen for better MPG. Too much LAG between gears, knocking hard shifts between 2nd and 3rd gears and then lack of acceleration

I own a TLX All Wheel Drive package. After 6700 miles the car vibrates and shakes at 60 miles and above. The car has become unbearable to drive. I would not recommend this car. Pay 10k more and buy a better car.
