2020

Most reported problem

Electrical

High risk

High

Backup camera, Battery, engine control unit(ECU), starter, alternator, radio, infotainment/touchscreen and other electrical networks for engine, exterior and interior.
Car depreciation

44% after 5 years

While different cars depreciate at different rates, it's a good rule of thumb to assume that a new car will lose approximately 20 percent of its value in the first year. In five years, the average depreciation rate is 50% of their initial value.
Complaint Resolution

Poor

All automobiles will suffer from defects at some point, but its the way the dealer and manufacturer tend to the issues. As reported currently, Infiniti isn't taking care of some customer complaints.
Recalls

11 Recalls

A recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle, equipment, car seat, or tire creates an unreasonable safety risk or fails to meet minimum safety standards. Manufacturers are required to fix the problem by repairing it, replacing it, offering a refund, or in rare cases repurchasing the vehicle.

Lost my car to flooding. My wife wanted a car that could accommodate 3 car seats. We did not want a 2nd minivan. This was the only vehicle we could remotely agree on. Since I have had it (less than a year), the paint has chipped in several places. 1

I bought my 2015 QX60 in May 2015. 3 months later I had a busted AC compressor, I took it to infinity service shop and they changed the AC compressor. 2 weeks later I had to take it back because the AC wasn't cooling properly. what a shame!
