No, dealer refused to help

Notorious Hyundai Theta engine failure. Hyundai denied the claim because supposedly there was a recall for a knock sensor update which we WERE NOT notified of. Contacted Hyundai and they said it was sent but they had the wrong address and the wrong phone number in their system. Was driving my son to practice, lost almost all engine power and check engine light came on. Took it to the dealership and that’s what they told us…Hyundai denied the claim because the update was not done. I would absolutely have had the update done considering it’s a FREE update. Car has been sitting at the dealership for 2 months now as we don’t have the money for a new engine. This update was a total coverup for the inevitable that they absolutely knew would happen anyways. Hyundai needs to pay for my engine! Attempted going through the Better Business Bureau and a third party attorney denied our claim in arbitration. We are stuck and very upset as we still owe a lot of money on the car. Please Help!
