My engine failed at 48000 miles. Dealership determined it was due to oil consumption and stated due to recall entire engine would need to be replaced. Corporate said I would be reimbursed for rental care expenses when the car was finished. My car was brought to the dealership (towed) on Dec 29,2021. It’s been almost five months and they have no idea when the parts would be in and expect me to continue to pay my car payment and for a daily rental car.
